  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

 

2.  Product Information & Availability

  • All products listed are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep stock levels up to date but cannot guarantee availability at the time of purchase.

  • Product images, descriptions, and pricing are provided for reference only. Minor variations may occur.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing and cancel or refuse any orders placed at an incorrect price.

  • Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.


4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. However, this does not signify final acceptance.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons such as:

     

    • Product out of stock

    • Pricing errors

    • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

    • Incomplete or incorrect shipping information

     

  • You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after dispatch are not possible.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days within India. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original condition.

  • Certain items such as software, customized products, or opened kits are non-returnable.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

 

7.  Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, text, images, tutorials, and videos, is the intellectual property of Keyastudio or its licensors.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is strictly prohibited.

 

8. Limitation of Liability
