Refund policy

At Keya Studio, we prioritize your satisfaction.

• Returns: You may return unused products in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in resellable condition.

• Non-returnable items: Downloadable software, custom orders, clearance items, and opened kits are not eligible for return.

• Refunds: Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

• Damaged or wrong items: If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a prompt resolution.

• Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
