Shipping policy

At Keyastudio India, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order dispatch, delivery, charges, and exceptions.

Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or SMS after your order is placed.

Exceptions: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Delivery Within India: Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable pin codes may take longer or be subject to courier limitations.

Courier Partners: We work with reliable logistics providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post.

Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: ₹49 – ₹99 depending on order value and location.

Free Shipping: Available for orders over ₹999 (only within India).

Express Shipping: Available on request at additional charges. Contact us before placing your order for expedited delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

You can track your order on the courier partner’s website using the tracking ID.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

In case of a return to origin (RTO), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, opened, or with missing items, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Include photos for faster resolution.

If your package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier and either re-ship the product (if available), or offer a full refund (if product is out of stock).

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping through our website. For bulk exports or international inquiries, please contact us directly at help@keyastudio.com.
